Corporate Courses & Presentations
Two straightforward, low cost and low impact services designed to fit in with the requirements of modern business. No ongoing costs of training or equipment, although we do provide additional, ongoing services as desired.
One hour, in-house presentation
This covers the business and health benefits of Modern Meditation and the logistics of the short courses. Held, for example, over a lunch hour, this can be just for management or the general workforce. The cost is £200.
Short (two-hour) Modern Meditation course
The course, simply and effectively, and in an informal way, provides the necessary introductory techniques of Modern Meditation, so that anyone can start to access the many health and wellbeing benefits of meditation. The course is easily learnt, requires no prior knowledge and no specific abilities.
Exclusive One Day & Weekend Packages
We offer one day, overnight or weekend packages, combining courses with relaxation and wellbeing breaks at various locations in the UK and abroad, including France, Italy and Morocco. The venues are chosen for their ability to host top quality events for private groups. Please contact us for further information.
Course & Presentation logistics
Offered in house - any time of day/evening, including over extended lunch hours or as part of a one-day or even overnight/weekend package (UK and abroad).
Requirements are a suitable room - quiet, undisturbed, well lit (preferably naturally), well ventilated and with sufficient space to comfortably seat the participants on chairs.
Numbers
For courses, the minimum group size is 10 and the maximum group size in one session is 40. For larger numbers, we will arrange a series of courses, at your convenience.
Costs & time allocation
The costs for in-house courses are as follows;
| Band A | 10 to 40 people | £35 a person |
| Band B | 41 to 120 | 5% discount £33.25 a person |
| Band C | 121 to 280 | 10% discount £31.50 a person |
| Band D | 281 to 520 | 15% discount £29.75 a person |
| Band E | over 520 | By arrangement, per group size/location |
Businesses, once aware of the benefits of the programmes, may consider funding the courses themselves or subsidising employees - as staff, once aware of the health and wellbeing benefits themselves, may be happy to contribute to the cost. The latter option is particularly relevant if the business, for example, offers the short course over an extended lunchtime to staff or entirely during business hours.
