Short introductory courses in Modern Meditation for individuals & groups and businesses.

Courses in the home, in the workplace and at various venues in the UK, together with courses combined with short breaks and long weekends in the UK and abroad. Additionally, we run various holidays and retreats, based around meditation, to some of the world's most idyllic spots.

Our courses are all about effectively learning the amazing health & wellbeing benefits of meditation in the simplest way, with a view towards modern life. They are informal, fun and comfortable - we don't expect people to sit cross-legged on the floor, chanting and wreathed in incense - seated in a comfortable chair, in comfortable clothes, will do fine.

Modern Meditation is one of the very few self empowering techniques which can be simply learnt in a short time, practised for the rest of one's life without any additional cost and which immediately will show tangible, measurable benefits. For example, after just a couple of hours learning the techniques for Modern Meditation there will be measurable and beneficial changes in breathing rate and oxygen consumption, blood chemistry and even the activity of the brain.
